This project is a historic preservation project for Arlington County, Virginia and the Virginia Department of Historic Resources. It will also be sent to the Library of Congress for inclusion in NPS HABS collection.
The work was commissioned by a developer that wanted to demolish 4 buildings, but the county identified one as an "Apartment Bungalow of Arlington County, Virginia 1938-1939" which was part of a National Register of Historic Places listing. "Condition 33" had to met before demo, requiring full photographic documentation to HABS standards.
